Im pretty disappointed at the service of this restaurant. At 6:45 pm on 9/28/2021 my family and I stopped to get a couple of... sandwiches, but when I asked what time they closed, I got a right ?uh right now? response and laughed. I thought well, theyprobably close at 7 and and they want to close soon and I respect that. However, to my surprise they continued servicing otherspeople when I walked by later. I would hate to think they really did not want to serve a Hispanic family with kids or were justtoo lazy. Got a sandwich that was pretty much dripping with sauce and oil after clearly asking for a small amount of each, I ask for... jalapeños and received a wadded up ball of them in the middle of my sandwich, and most of everything else was sitting the thewet dripping wrapper they wrapped it in. Had their b.l.t. can't improve upon perfection. It was the perfect bite from start to finish. It was one of those days filling... others orders, I'm tired, hungry not really wanting to cook. Service was very prompt, I almost had to wait in line, speed ofservice was an A+. The server 6530 spoke gently to me, and displayed a genuine interest in what I wanted and didn't want on it.The bacon was perfectly prepared, not over or undercooked, and just the ideal crispy. Got sweet onions teriyaki chicken. Worst ever. Guy put a bunch of the teriyaki sauce over the bun then made rest. Never had this... before and I always get this sandwich. Must be alot new people and weren't trained. Probably not going to order there again. Read more
I ordered a bacon chicken ranch and they refuses to heat the meat cause i didnt want it toasted. The bread was stale and they... hardly put any sauce on even when i asked for extra. Placed an online order for pick up. Absolutely the worst sandwiches I have ever got from anywhere,barely any veggies even after... specifying extra on mine, my wife and daughter ordered 2 different 6in turkey subs but basicly received one footlong cut in halfand even still both were made incorrectly.
