5 star for ambience and food. The cafe is set beautifully under a grape yard. It was really cool inside when it was scorching... weather outside the cafe. Overall a nice experience. 4 star because the girls ignored us for quite some time after we enteredthe cafe and it took ages for someone to attend our table after we were seated. Read more

Wow, what a hidden gem. Travelling back to northern NB from Fundy Provincial Park, we stumbled upon the Cedar Cafe while... searching for a character lunch (and boy, did we find it). Winding backroads, rolling hills and beautiful agricultural land willlead you to the Cornhill Nursery, home of the Cedar Cafe. Friendly staff, tasty food and a truly unique ambiance, the CedarCafe was a pleasant surprise. We indulged in a brie and tapenade appetizer, followed by a half pastrami sandwich - wouldrecommend the homemade rye bread - and carrot-dill soup, and finished off with a slice of traditional carrot cake. Would highlyrecommend to anyone travelling through southern New Brunswick. You will not regret! Read more
