Great customer service. The staff there were so kind and friendly. The reason why I say this is because many fast foods have... rude cashiers but the cashier, her manager on duty and the one who makes the sandwiches were all nice. Altho they didn't haveany keto friendly meals, they were nice enough to do a lettuce wrap reuben at my request and omggg the sliced corned beef wasjuicy with its sauerkraut in crispy fresh lettuce. Okay so..... I am new and never had Arbys. I went for the 2 for $6 Gyros and HELL YEAH! The greek Gyros are an absolute... mouthgasm. The 2 people staff were wonderful even though there were only 2 and busy (I blame the company). They handled it likepros. I would give 5 stars if there were at least 3 to 4 people staffed to help during busy hours but, because you have greatpeople and good food I will be back again and again and again. Read more
I arrived at this Corning, Ca Arby's 20 minutes before 10:00pm, which is the closing time posted. They wouldn't open the door or... even acknowledge the fact that i was there watching them ignore my questions from the doors, nor the fact that I watched themacknowledge an incoming call to their store that I was making. (STILL STANDING OUTSIDE OF THE DOORs with clear view of them.)They then proceeded to ignore the phone as if it wasn't ringing! Do not recommend this Arby's Location! ???? Read more
Every item on the menu was priced a minimum of thirty percent higher than what I am accustomed to paying at an Arby's most... everywhere else. It is located in a food court. I was second in line at the neighboring Subway, but when it was clear the twoSubway employees had more important things to do than service customers, I jumped into the Arby's line and was attended toalmost immediately. Glad I did because the Greek gyro was delicious. The other Subway customer did the same. Three stars forhigh price and poor ambience. Read more
