We were here yesterday and not only did they not honor Burger King's Whopper Wednesday promotion, this location would not accept... ANY of the app's offers. I tried to explain to the rude woman at the drive-thru that the app said "Not available at thislocation" for every offer I tried but she made no effort to listen to me. The app's offers have worked at every other BurgerKing that I've been to. AVOID. Read more
Tried ordering 2 8 pc nuggets ,2 apple juices ,and 2 medium French fries . The lady didn?t read it back only charged us for two... medium French fries ,1 8 pc and 1 apple juice we paid for another apple juice and they never even gave it to us and we waited atthe window for 5 minutes . My daughter had an eye appointment or I would of gone in ! This is the first time they messed up .Called the store and said ? if you would like to come in I could fix that ? so we can waste time and gas to turn around nothanks just do you job Read more
This place is completely not good! Night crew needs to be retrain, especially the manger! I asked for fresh mozzarellas stick... fresh out the fryer and they decided just to recook old mozzarella sticks which made them taste burnt! They tasted stale sincethe beginning that?s why I asked for newer ones, even though I asked for fresh ones out the fryer! As a former Burger Kingemployee I know when the fryer hasn?t been clean as well!! Good people work here. But the fries were stale and cold and my drink tasted funny. It was supposed to taste like Dr pepper but... it had a yeasty taste. Burger was good though! Just the fries can improve a little. Read more
They say they have a mask requirements mask is PPE and if you in force PPE you are supposed to provide for the people you?re in... forcing it on and they said they do not have to well you are incorrect but nine times out of 10 their service is very slowanyhow so no great loss so you might want to bypass this Burger King Read more
