A little piece of Spain or Portugal, right in the heart of Corning. Nice experience and great food and drink.

This place is a must go! The service was phenomenal, the food was top notch, and the price was right on. We started with the... oysters and they were the best I?ve ever had. We shared some crab deviled eggs (so good) and had the Cuban panini that we sawhad great reviews and it did not disappoint. The best Cuban around by far. The food was so good that we only grabbed one pictureof the deviled eggs and were too eager to try everything else hahaha. Our server was great and he explained everything withexceptional detail. It?s hard to find good service these days so it was nice to see that some places still take pride in goodservice. Can?t wait to go back again soon. Read more

Had my first Cuban Pressed Sandwich in Miami circa 1980 and have been in search of that sandwich every since, only to find... disappointment. Today, my quest is over! The most perfect Cuban Sandwich to be found is in Corning, NY? Yes FLX provisionsbrines local ham, produces their own pickles, and ??. Makes their own mustard! This is a sandwich not to be missed! An interesting combination of restaurant and foodie store. The food is as good as you'll get on Market Street and the store has... a good selection of regional wines and beer. Always worth a stop in with friendly staff to help. Read more

Great people, tasty semifreddo, uninspired wine picks. FLX offers three tasting options: regional, international and house... label. Of the eight wines we tried in the regional flight, three were still their house label wine. It didn't really give us agood sense of the region's wines nor were the house wines really first tier. At $20 per flight, we hoped for a bit more. Read more

I am literally real-time sitting in this place and writing this review, that is how much I LOVED it here! I do not write many... reviews but these guys deserve it! Did the special bourbon tasting and Josh was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Then thefood came, and Jen was an amazing helper! Everything on point. Linnea, the culinary manager, even came to say hi, which was aspecial touch. I am definitely coming back to this place, and would recommend it! Holding my breath for that single-malttasting...
