I can only speak about the wings and they were awesome. I got Bourbon Hot wings and they were full of flavor and spicy! I asked... for ranch but they came out with Blue cheese dip which was creamy and had just a subtle blue cheese flavor which I liked. Not too bad, not fantastic. Great service and atmosphere. The food was pretty average. I grew up in the South and I have had... much better smoked meats and BBQ food many times before, just pretty average. Ribs were good, the chicken was fairly dry. Pulled pork could have also been more moist. Cornbread mini-muffins were way too sweet. I tried all of their sauces offered atthe table and found that the House Sauce was the best of the group. A meal that melts in your mouth! Really can?t say enough about how wonderful the brisket is here. We got the 3B brisket, bacon,... and blue cheese. A nice taste that was amplified with their in-house sauces. Coleslaw was tasty and the French fries wereslightly crispy. Get a draft beer, get a whiskey or mixed drink, but go there for the food. This restaurant is so good, the menu has great choices for food, beer and hard liquor. It was taco Wednesday and I had two... chicken and one beef brisket tacos. It was so so good, my friends had the beef brisket with chicken super tasty. The bartender(sorry I don't remember your name) thanks for the wonderful service and welcoming us Canadians and getting to see our Blue Jaysplay on your TV . Fantastic BBQ! Everything was cooked and tasted perfect(look at that smoke ring on the brisket!) Great small selection of beers... on tap and a nice selection of scotch and whiskeys. We'll definitely be back for more and to check out their brunch! Read more
