Food is good but the service and environment couldn’t match to the same quality of food.

Excellent service. Very personable and efficient, and I appreciate the calm pace of the meal. We were not rushed through the... meal courses, nor did we feel abandoned by our wonderful server. The food is good to excellent. The pork was good, a tad dryfor my tastes, but good. The other meals, pork chops, especially, were excellent. The soup of the day was outstanding. This isa special occasion place, but you can keep costs under control if you like. Avoid ordering wine or drinks, appetizers anddesserts. This will cut your bill in half. I really recommend this restaurant. Read more

Overall, a good experience. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were great. We really liked the atmosphere too! ... Unfortunately, the wait time after ordering was really long. A different waitress even came by several times to ask if ourwaitress had been over to us at all. After almost an hour, our waitress brought us some bread, and we had to wait a bit moreafter that to get our appetizers. There was a similar wait time before our main courses. Read more

The Pork loin and Roast duck were cooked to perfection. The waitstaff was shorthanded and the bartender ended up being our... waitress. Dinner was great but we never got our salads. Read more

We drove over from Elmira for a birthday dinner. We made a reservation for 7. The place was worm and inviting . Sadly we were... placed in the back corner down several step away from the main restaurant. No music or atmosphere. We stared at grey walls . Weasked to move but we were told the front tables are reserved already and people give the table numbers when they reserve . So ifyou make a reservation be sure to specify you want a table in the front in the main dining room. We made the best of it, weordered the lamb, veal stroganoff, a few drinks, and cream brulee and tarimisu . The food was fantastic . The service was goodtoo. Read more

Simply put: Great atmosphere, amazing food. Experience: At first me and my grandparents were reluctant to go up to the second... floor seating area, but once we did, it was worth it. We had a great view of the streets below, and had great food and goodservice. My Grandma really liked the wine. Appetizers: I shared the mussel appetizer with my Grandpa, they were cooked well, and the olive bread was good as well. My grandma got the hot and sour meatballs, they were pretty good as well. Main Course: Igot the beef tip ravioli, good ravioli, the cheese inside was a bit sweet, and the beef tip and Brussels sprouts complemented itwell. The horseradish sauce (in the middle) was amazing and tied it all together. My Grandpa got roasted duck, and my Grandmagot the pecan crusted honey glazed pork tenderloin. Dessert: First time I've ever had Creme brulee. Very good, the top layer isalmost like a crust, tastes like a caramelized marshmallow, and the inside is like whipped creme. Deadly sweet butdelicious. Additional Notes: All the dishes were plated nicely and tasted great. It was a lovely experience, and although itwas a bit pricey, I think it was worth it because it's a lot better value than any food you would get at a Fancy chainrestaurant like Red Lobster. One of the highlights of my trip in Corning. Read more

We made a reservation a week in advance to make sure we could enjoy a night out. The food was put together very elegantly. I... myself have never had lamb so I tried the ¹/² rack of lamb. The meat melted in your mouth cooked to perfection. If you thoughtsteak is great, it's not even comparable to this flavor. The sides, the sauce, the drinks it all went together for tasteperfection. Great service and fast. We had to rush out se we couldn't stay for desert. We will be returning so we can enjoyanother first. Read more
