We went for my brothers birthday lunch. The owner was rude to our group at every interaction. She made a big fuss about us... leaving a boxed cake on a chair to avoid it getting warm in a hot car (mid-august), rolled her eyes & tossed her arms in the air(yes really) when I asked if I could charge my battery on a side wall as I was at 1% & my dad was driving in from a 14hr driveand he would text or call if lost. She seemed annoyed helping our waiter place food. Our waiter & the hostess were both lovely &professional. Not to mention the meatballs taste frozen/old. It should be made fresh. Our lunch ended before 2p. No idea whythe owner was like this. She would do better just letting staff do their job as the staff was good. Read more
First time back in 4 years and terrible service again! My wife received her food and ate it all before I even had my food.... Waitress never asked if we needed another drink. Never asked if we needed additional bottomless salad/soup. Won?t be back, wewill spend out money elsewhere Read more
Owner was unfriendly and abrasive while first encountering us and helping to serve our table. I brought a cake from out of town... for my sons birthday, We were going to have it at his place afterwards since we were already told that we could not have it atthe restaurant. It was 31 degrees outside and hotter in the car so I brought it in to keep it cool on a chair. Owner was rudewhen telling me about the reasons it could not be served. I then told her why it was brought inside ( still taped up in thebox). She couldn't even smile while roughly placing our appetizer or food on the table. My daughter asked if she could chargeher phone for photos, at first she said no but then told her where she could plug it in then rolled her eyes and marched away.Place wasn't even busy. Waitress was nice but when my daughter complained about the manager, the hostess said, " That's theowner". Needless to say, we will not be back. Read more
the greeting was fine initially. The salad was very nice and hot bread. But, we ordered at 7:15pm and watched as 3 families of... 3/4 people each got their meals whilst we were served with bowls of nothingness. My mom was very upset that we didn?t get anyoneto help us, after waiting for almost an hour? we left without having the food. Thanks, for terrible service. Read more
Horrible experience. I called at 540pm to ask how busy is was and if I needed a reservation and they said no it was not that... busy. We arrived and were seated at 550pm. It was ridiculously loud I couldn't even hear my partner talking to me. In 50 minuteswe only receive bread and salad. I actually asked to get our food to go. It still took at least 15 minutes. Disappointing experience with take-out order. The ultimate Canadian pizza was under cooked, and mostly sauce, very little... toppings, and mushrooms were only thin slices or pieces and not button mushrooms. Rest of the order was OK, but not as good asdine in at other locations. Pictures show what you actually get compared to what is promised on the website. Read more
