I ordered delivery and the package arrived without a safety seal. I would never eat it without the seal in place and untampered... with. I spoke with the young woman who said she was the night manager at Little Caesars on 9th street , Cornwall location andshe refused to give me her name and was extremely rude. She told me they have no drivers to send me a new pizza (huh??), theyhave no safety seals (wha??) and to call skip the dishes and hung up on me. Little Caesars Customer service Cornwall is theworst I have ever experienced since moving here. I threw the pizza away and tried to contact skip the dishes which seems to be ascam operation. Their local phone is always busy so no help there and I had to send my complaint to some online survey site. Nocustomer service at all! I will dispute this transaction through my bank as Little Caesars sucks the bag and skip the dishes isa joke if you have a complaint. I implore you - DO NOT order Little Caesars Cornwall location delivery through skip thedishes. 0/10. ZERO stars but even with that - you can only post a bad review if you give it 1 star. $27.16 for a 12 inch pizzasent without a secure seal . . . who knows if someone wiped their snot, sneezed or put their dirty hands on my food. ] Beware!No one cares! Where to begin, first of all I asked what she had hot and ready and she only shows me the pizza. I asked what about in the... middle? So she shows me the rest, I point directly at the 2 for 6$ bread sticks on the counter and say I want that and aboneless wing. She charges me for 1 bread sticks and 1 boneless wings. So I asked where my second one was and she said she wouldadjust it, fully charges me for another bread sticks and gives me the wrong sauce for the wings. I paid over 25$ for somethingthat should of been less than 20$. I mentioned I felt over charged multiple times and she just ignored me and packaged my thingsand said have a good night. She needs some re training, a lesson in math, and a refresher on customer service. Embarassing. Read more

Missing pop upon delivery. Had to go to restaurant in the rain!, to get the pop as delivery driver blamed restaurant. Returned... only to find that the entire order was wrong. Ordered a large cheese crust meat lovers, got a medium Pepperoni and the crazybread was garlic bread sticks. Unacceptable. Should have stuck with Pizza Hut. Read more

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. We ordered stuffed crust pizza the pizza was thin as heck and raw. Our crazy bread... looks like it was thrown on the floor and stepped on 20x. Typically crazy bread and Italian bread comes with marinaras we gotnone. Not to mention the crazy bread taste like it?s been sitting for 2 days and was microwaved. This is a poor excuse for apizza place so sad. Please don?t order here this isn?t the first time this has happened either. Read more

Positive experience. The meal was prepared in a timely fashion and the timeframe that was provided as an estimate was respected.... Prices are a little competitive but not too much. The store is small so, there is not eating inside of it. COVID 19 measuresseem to be respected as there was no one else in the store when I placed the order or went for a pick up.
