I took my kids there on Sunday for my 3 years olds birthday treat. He's never been, we're cautious of eating out because of his... peanut allergy. But we had an amazing experience! I told the gentleman working that he had an allergy and asked if anything wassafe for him (fully expecting to have to leave) but he showed me two machines that have never been used for nuts. And because ofcovid the toppings are all seperate and the nut toppings are on a different shelf. He even offered multiple times to go in theback and get him whatever fresh toppings he wanted to avoid any cross contamination. Not only was the frozen yogurt delicious,but the service was amazing. The worker there was quite unfriendly as i was not wearing a mask but i had a good reason as i have a medical condition and... couldnt wear one and every other place was okay with it and even the health minister of canada announced that you are allowed tonot wear a mask if you have a medicial condition. She was very rude to me and my friend who even wore a mask. We wete chargedextra on multiple items, we went to sit down but she yelled at us and asked for our phone number and name for what reason?! Shethen kicked us out and me and my friend had to sit outside in the freezing rain and cold. Would not recommend any teens or kidsto go there. Read more
