Busy location, but they allowed 3 people to skip the line ahead of me when they also did similar mobile order like I did. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The man was incredibly disrespectful and insulted me before hanging up all because I... asked him to repeat what he said once. Pizza was cold by the time it was delivered an hour later. They do not honor their 50minutes or it's free. They do not follow any basic delivery instructions at all. The delivery man was disrespectful as well.I've never had such a horrible experience with this place but wow if I could give a no star I would this is the last time I amordering from them as they have lost all respect. We ordered large pizza . It took one hour to deliver.Awfull pizza ,,no cheese dry , half cooked , very thin crust, ver hard to... chew. If i have a option to give them -5 star ,,that what they deserved.Please dont waste your time and money. Read more
Worse customer service and baddest pizza I have ever seen. This guys shouldn't make pizza. I don't know how they get into pizza... business but they definitely need to shut the door and try something else. They are selling garbage on name of pizza. I orderedPizza and half moon bread both are poorly backed and not evenly cheese. I can't even eat them. No one should ever try pizza fromthem. Very bad experience. Poorly baked bread not even eatable and no cheese on some portions of pizza and bread. I just throw it in... garbage.Staff never wash hand or wear gloves. I suggest to never order pizza form them. Read more
I ordered a pizza and fried panzeratti and they baked it. They also got my pizza wrong. Watched these people make these pizzas... and they weren?t even using gloves?! Sanitation was disgusting. The only reason for 2 stars is, the gentleman that took my order was very down to earth and had an awesome personality. The... pizza was hard and tasted as though it had been in the display for a fair while. The chicken bites and fries were great but theonion rings were over cooked. Read more
Before Covid I was a regular customer, always greeted with a friendly hello, single sliced pizza fresh, assorted, plenty to... always choose from the window, whole pizzas the same, fast fresh one of the best at the time...my go to place. I stopped in topick up a slice for lunch....never again..four dried up slices left in the window with nothing else being made, I took a gamblepicked the Hawaiin>like cardboard no taste..should of walked out at the get go.
