As a truck driver i place orders here alot. Said to myself i wouldn't write a review but here it is. I order online all the... time. If you go in you get exactly what u want. They excel at providing the worst customer service. Employee name, Nirav patel, who was working there at 9:20 pm approximately,... disrespected my dignity. I asked him kindly if I could modify my order, which I had placed online to be picked up as if I had anoffer in my account. He began to say that I'm trying to save a few pennies instead of saying no. He treated me poorly in frontof other clients. When I asked him for his name, cause he doesn?t have any name with his uniform, He stressfully said I?m not apolice officer. That was the first I had heard that the names of the employees were only known to police officers. Second, Irecorded the entire situation and, of course, I'm posting it to social media to show how, these days, SUBWAY trains itsemployees to treat customers disrespectfully if they ask to modify an order. Since this location is close to my work, I figured I'd pop in here for a quick lunch. Only one employee was working, while... another was just sitting at a table. Within moments of me arriving, the line up extended just about to the door. At this pointthe sitting employee just gets up and leaves; doesn't offer to help clear some orders out, she just left. Even if she was onbreak, she should have come to help and resumed her break at a quieter time. I ended up having to go to Burger King for speedierservice so I could actually eat on my lunch break. I visit this branch twice, but last time was horrible experience with the girl in the afternoon, but this time Mr Neerav serves ... in a professional way and has a kind behaviour towards its work no matter how badly busy it is. First off, had to repeat my order three times to a very snobby teenager who had 0 customer service skills and seemed to hate his... job, followed by probably having to wear gloves to eat my sandwich because there was mayo squirted openly everywhere. Shoddy atbest. Second time here, second time the employee tried only putting 6 slices of meat instead of the standard 8. Two times intwo visits, really? Read more
