Was just told by the server that they were a little busy, though there was only one other customer in front of me. Told that... they were busy and that I should leave for a bit and then come back. Bread was dried out.... made like a slop and I only ordered a cold cut with lettuce and mustard... I have had way better subway... from long Sault and Alexandria.. Cornwall needs to up its standards.. Read more
Staff was knowledgeable about products. Super friendly. Highly recommend this location to all!

I'm giving a one star to the older woman sweeping the floor while we ate. The one star is because she picked up floor carpets... banging them together infront of the food counter, not just once, but 4 floor matts. You could not only watch the dust rise upinto the air over the food counter, we could smell the dirt where we sat. Then she placed these wet salt and dirt coveredcarpets onto the benches patrons sit on. (Look at photos) She continued to sweep around us flipping the broom and dust into tothe air. Why she didn't start at the other side of the store away from us eating I don't understand. See pictures I included.This was at 630pm and the restaurant is opened until 10pm. We were curious why she couldn't wait until the patrons are noteating or at least until we were gone. Very unpleasant experience. I give the young lady behind the counter making our subs 5star. Great service. I forgot to add guacamole on my wrap and server asked if I wanted done in small container to go. Just perfect.
Worst subway in cornwall. A guy there with a tattoo of a name on his left arm is the absolute worst customer service... representative i?ve eveseen. Telling the rep what we want one thing at a time then mentions ?you could have just said it all atonce?. Then proceeds once we order another sub, he shrugs his arms and said ?ok then?. Not to mention every sub he wore the samegloves (even though one sub was vegetarian). At the end we were fed up and told him not to treat customers that way, and he saidif we?re going to be demanding, then he will. He said he remembered us from last time and we were very demanding as well (ithink it?s because we got there really late and it was about to close so I understand why, but at the same time, you dont treatcustomers this way). I truly think that something should be done about this because this location has truly lost my respect. Read more
