How is it possible for a fresh americano to be lukewarm? They?re made with boiling water, they?re usually piping hot.... Disappointed, cause you know how it is when you?re looking forward to that hot coffee. Read more
If your going to be cheap and charge for cups, at least pay your employees a living wage... Or get better cups..
Horrible place. Every morning I go in for a coffee, I am stuck waiting like 20-30 minutes. That is not right.
Our early Christmas dinner was so good took half home ????We all were happy an stuffed.
This particular location is always slow at serving indoor counter customers. Even when it's a simple order such as coffee can... take a while. Though all Tim Horton's are usually slower at serving in restaurant clients, this particular location is by farslower than the others. May it be due to staffing related issues, work ethics on the behalf of the employees, lack of trainingand/or motivation from the management this is definitely affecting this locations profits. I am curious to know what is beingdone to addess the issue. I can't understand how 5 cars could go by if the same level of service was applied to in-restaurantguest. Read more
I go to tims often. I just don't like when you repeat an order everyday and get different results. Like medium drink with 1... sugar. Sometimes sweet. Sometimes not. Sometimes granular sugar all at the bottom. And mixed donut was given 2 old fashioned. Ona box of 6 never happened ever before. Read more
This Tim Hortons always has great service ,and the staff are great .Im a reoccurring customer so I go everyday because I no I?ll... get the very best service ,the business has to offer.Thanks to the management and staff off the Montreal road location .God no?sit it one of the harder locations to work at and for that we thank you on behalf of all the coffee drinkers in Cornwall. They don't seem to know how to make some of the more complex drinks, but I do appreciate our server trying to make the requested... hazelnut cold brew with espresso foam even though she wasn't quite sure how to. The store is very small, though. Read more
