Took a day trip with my daughter to the Carolinas. After a fun filled day on the 4WD beach we wanted Ice cream unfortunately... many places were closed but thankfully Big Bucks Homemade ice cream was open! My daughter had the chocolate chip cookie dough.She said it was delicious. I myself had a sprinkle cone with cookies and cream and cake batter very flavorful and delicious icecream. We will definitely visit this location when we come back to the Carolinas next month. Read more

The ice cream is decent but definitely overpriced. Service was terrible- the young person working the counter was incredibly... rude to us and other customers, while blasting absurdly loud music. There are plenty of other great ice cream places nearby withmuch better service, so I recommend skipping this place and picking one of the many many other options available. Read more

So yummmy and very delicious flavor of each Ice-Cream. Loved the place where you can sit and have icecream with a big group.... Always having a great amount of customer in the shop even at the 9:30 PM. We loved and enjoyed the ice-cream each day of ourvisit in OBX. Read more

Delicious homemade icecream with a lot of flavor to choose from. Love the banana flavor one they use real banana. And the sea... salt caramel really have a good kick. The service was a bit slow I was just watching three them behind walking around but not Serving customers. It took a little time to get the Oder, I guess they are very young not very familiar with the tools. Read more

Staff was not friendly just there working with no smiles and not personable. Some of the Ice cream was icy and not creamy and... flavorful. Mint chip tasted like toothpaste. Espresso chip was okay Sea salt caramel pretzel and cookie dough were good. I wouldhave given 3 stars is staff was more friendly. Read more

When I was at this shop the soft serve ice cream was unavailable. The line was crazy inside and out of the store. The line... outside was about 100 degrees in the hallway at around 9 pm, everyone was sweating and avoiding spiders and cockroaches. Onceyou actually get inside which took quite a while the decor was pretty cool and the store was clean. The ice cream was veryexpensive and quite frankly not even that good. The portion sizes are pretty fare but the flavor of the ice cream was borderlinebreyers quality. They have a menu outside of the store to see what you want before you enter but it is horribly inaccurate.Multiple ice cream flavors were on the outside menu but once you get inside the selection was completely different. I gotta giveit to the staff they did a great job and kept the line moving and were very nice and helpful but for the above reasons I willgive it 3 stars. Read more
