Not all Starbucks are created equal. I love the signature taste of regular SB coffee, but this location has made my cold coffee... very bland & tasteless for the entire past week. I have coffee grounds in my coffee as well, everytime. This will not changefor this location bc they have no competition in the area; the closest other SB is near Walmart. It's worth the drive tho ifyou care about your morning coffee. Read more

Poor guy was training two new... people and they were using sooooo much sugar lol so when you go to this location you better know how many pumps you want becauseit's a free for all at this location... Wish I could give the baristas ZERO stars. They don?t have a sense of customer service. It feels like they are the ones paying... for coffee and obliging. I can understand if I catch you on a bad day. But having been here several times, it seems like theylead a pathetic life and carry their grumpy attitude to work every day. Sadly, I will continue to go to this location as thereisn?t another Starbucks nearby. I look forward to the day when they replace these good-for-nothing grumpy baristas withfriendly ones. The worker with the eye brow piercing (didn't see a name tag on his shirt) was absolutely rude. He has zero customer service... skills. There were no customers behind us and no customers for 10 min before us so I am not sure why he had an attitude with usordering. They were out of things needed to make our drinks and when I asked him to repeat what he got an attitude. Then whenthe other worker was ringing up our order he kept telling him to make sure he was charging us for every little thing even theblending. The only reason I didn't turn around and walk out was because this was the first Starbucks experience for my littlenieces. So thank you for making my experience with them a super dumpster fire. I have never experienced such a negativeexperience at Stabucks as I have today and I go almost everyday back home. Read more
