Just came by with my family, still here eating actually, lady up at the front register, got all my order wrong, no biggie but... then she proceeded to tell both me and my wife that we ordered everything the way it is? I love carl's jr but this one is horrible. The food is always cold and old like it has been sitting in a drawer all day. I... have complained to corporate numerous time because of the terrible food and service here. If you go here carefully inspect yourfood before you leave. The cooks here knowingly send out food that is old and nasty. I ordered a couple burgers from their meal deal menu and for some reason they had us pull to the front of the store and the two... cars behind got their food ASAP and left. My gf (who?s worked in The food business for 5 years) told me that they probably spitin our food because I said to the lady at the window ?I don?t need that? when she tried to hand me my receipt.. I pull to thefront and we wait and then when she came out to give us our food, she looked at us weird when we said thank you. Anyways, wedrove home and her burger had a finger print on the top of the bun and it was unusually soggy? We?ve ordered the sameburger(jalapeño burger) several times before and never had a soggy bun before?!?!? We threw away the burger and will not bereturning. The whole experience was weird. Read more
