Exceptionally slow service, numerous employees just killing about. Line stacked up multiple people deep and people are... complaining to each other on speed of service or lack there of. Soda machine was also non operable, but no signage warningcustomers of that when they walked in. Wouldn?t eat here again. Read more

Normally I go in person and can see my food made. This was the first time we had our food delivered. We ordered 2 burrito bowls.... They were absolutely disgusting, small portions and soupy. Both went straight in the trash. Sending out food this bad isunacceptable. I had no luck reaching management so instead they get a bad review. Read more

I was very disappointed! My chips were so stale I didn?t eat them. Next time if there is a next time, I will dine in, so that... they can?t get away with giving me stale chips! Walk in and not one of the Five employees greeted me. My wife and I stood in line for 10 and still no one said anything to us.... We had to request to have someone to help us. Upon ordering our food, the employee walked up to the counter with a attitude .He started to prepare our bowl , by slapping everything in a bowl with the attitude. Never going there again. Good enough food but operationally slow with their service. Consistently they are in need of replenishing beans or rice and for... my past 5 visits the food has been made but there is never someone at the register to take money. I'm always waiting 1-5 minutesfor someone to just show up at the register while my food sits there and the line backup. Read more

Love chipotle never had issues until right now. They really out did it with their portions. Ordered delivery for a burrito bowl... and a burrito. Both were small portions and neither of them filled me nor my bf. Here we are looking for another place to eatsince they basically gave us a kids meal.
