One of the worse customer service experiences I Habs had in a long time. Our order was messed up from an online order. The... wrong pizzas was given to us. Went online to claim the items incorrectly and the offer online did not match what we ordered. This place is terrible service and they treat their employees like dirt. Heard a female supervisor call one of the workers a... horrible name. Second experience heard the same supervisor deny a worker to use the bathroom and told him if he needed to usethe bathroom then he can use the one at home. He was actually sent home early because he needed to use the bathroom. This placeis terrible. They need new management. Read more

I ordered three pizzas a couple days ago and they arrived late and cold. I called the store to tell them what happened and the... so-called manager was being very rude and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I called again a couple more times to get thenumber for the store owner or the corporate office, but he refused to cooperate or even give us him name when we asked for it,(it turns out his name is Brian) and instead implied that we were going to threaten him. All I wanted was a refund and whatcould've gone smoothly turned out to be inappropriate behavior from an employee. I've made a complaint to corporate already. I'mso done with place. I'll order from Papa John's next time. Read more

I called the Domino?s Pizza place where I picked up our order and I asked them if they?ve changed the recipe on their pizzas. I... told the gentleman who answered that the pizzas we picked up did not taste as before, the dough was not as fresh it normally isand not as garlicky as before, nor was as buttery tasting as they usually make them. He said that they?ve done nothing differentthan before. I said I?m not really happy with the quality I received on this, is there maybe something you could do for me so Icould place another order in the future and make up for this? He said no because technically the pizza is made as they?ve alwaysmade it there?s nothing wrong with the pizza because of that. I thanked him for his time and told him that I know what to donext. Employees are friendly. I would've given them 5 stars, but they don't answer the phone. I tried and no one ever answered. I'm... sitting here right now and it's not busy, but they just ignore the phone. You must book online or in person. Read more

The pasta and pizza were really good no complaints here. Always on time and super polite.all of these bad reviews make no sense... to me since I?ve never had any problems ordering here but to each their own. Read more

Placed a large order online (order #3341)with someone in my party needing a gluten free pizza, checked out with no issue. Picked... up the order and returned home. My guest states that the pizza is not gluten free. So, I call the store asking them to correctit. The employee states they cannot since I ordered online. I ask for the manager who starts to tell me I must have messed upthe online order. I said Im online now placing the same order and there is nothing stating that I can only place a small glutenfree pizza order. He says "I'm at work and don't have time to deal with this". I said excuse me? and he hangs up on me. I callback and ask for the manager. The employee then hangs up on me. I call again and get the manager. Ask for his name. He refusesto give it to me and said that he would help me if I listened, so I did. He again goes into the whole you messed up the order- Istate I know you don't control the website but it does not state what you are saying how are you going to correct this? He says"I don't have to" Its your fault. If you want to pay for another pizza I can make that for you. I state what about this $17.50single pizza I ordered that was not gluten free. He said he couldn't do anything and to call corporate. So I proceed to place anorder (order #3852) as he instructs to feed my hungry guest. 30 minutes later he cancels this new order? Seriously this iscrazy! Do not give this franchise your business! I will be addressing this with corporate tomorrow. This incident happened on5/15/22 between 7-8pm. We will get this issue with this "Manager" taken care of so he can hopefully get some customer servicetraining. Unbelievable. Read more
