Ordered here plenty of times with no issue, but this last time the driver was unable to find my apartment. They tried calling... and I missed their call. I?ve been ordering food from this place in corona Green River Rd for a year or so and gradually their food lost quality and... quantity. Last time I ordered two pastas and they arrived cold and over cooked. I received an email from them the following daythat they were not happy for what they delivered. So they knew they screwed up but did nothing about it except to offer me 20%off for next order. I pass on 20% discount and will not order food from Dominos pizza any locations. Read more

By far the worst experience ever. Takes 45 minutes to drive 2.8 miles. Then driver was told to just give me the pizza. Driver... refused while I had his supervisor on phone. Driver sat on step demanding money. this was a horrible experience. I order regularly through this location. although today was different. I placed an order... online. order was made and quality checked at 1:29pm and sat for another 30mim. So my wings, pizza and desert are sittingunderneath headlamps for that period of time. I then call about my concerns and the associate that answers explained he is adriver and the manager is out and she really doesn't take initiative when seeing these kinds of issues. I then called back oncemy delivery arrived after a additional 1520min. Then I call back speak with the manager and she says I will credit you for apizza, then says the whole order after I explain i am a regular. Food arrives cold, I take a bite of the pizza and nice pieceof dark brown hair. I call back to advise them of my additional findings and the guy that answers the phone says she's alreadygave you felree food on the next order what more do you want? ahhh ok so my concerns are not valid.
