Last minute girlfriends/neighbors decided to grab dinner tonight. We like to try new spots or spots we haven't shared. Got there... at 8 pm it was busy , but no real wait. We went as a party of four (two couples) to this restaurant. They don't take reservations, but we got on their waitlist. When I... checked in at the requested time, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait, even though there seemed to be many availabletables. It was extremely noisy and very hot inside. The food was okay, but vastly under seasoned and the lowest quality of meat(I guess for all you can eat, it's what you get.) But the deal breaker for ever going back was that they refused to split thecheck between two credit cards. Are you kidding me? "It's company policy," we were told by the manager. But for some reason,they WILL split the check with 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit card. So we had to scramble to come up with enough cash for 1/2 thecheck. Then I find out a couple of days later that other locations have no problem splitting the bill over two credit cards.Needless to say, we won't be back. Read more

We look forward to coming but we were so disappointed. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday. The wait staff were great as... was the food. For the price I would have like to have real silverware to cut my food. Plastic forks just don't cut it. Lastyear, also on my husband's birthday, they were unable to give our points. So the mgr offered us 15% off the next time we camein, along with name and his cell number. I decided to call the mgr ahead of time and he no longer works there. He said he wouldcall some employees about helping us but no response. The female assist mgr that night called Corp who said no to the discountand no to the points we didn't receive last year. They would not budge. Another issue is their music is very loud, too loudwhich adjitated our three years old to where he started acting up. The music is loud like at a night club. Gen is always a great place to go out to eat. The meat is well marinated. My only complaint is the loud music. I feel like I?m... screaming across the table to have a conversation. The selection of meat is limited and quite expensive. The ambience is distorted and loud, while its decor is a bit darkly... pretentious. There are a lot better places for Korean BBQ at more affordable prices elsewhere. Read more
