Horrible customer service, no manager onsite.. so this is why these young adults get away with their attitudes. They got my... order wrong but instead of apologizing about it. The girl behind the counter wishes to talk and laugh in corner with her coworker. As if Im not standing there. But of course behind the pixel glass. While speaking to the quality control manager,another customer unhappy about her order. If you can try Avoid CORONA Ono-s go to the one in Norco. The owner at the Corona(Ontario location) needs to have a manager onsite and get valued worker, not disgruntled employees that hate their jobs. The rap music on full volume was TOO much. The food was great. The service was great. It was very clean and organized.
Not too bad, good portion on the plate though. Ordered the Hawaiian Chicken and the Mixed plate. I do recommend cleaning and... emptying the trash cans on the left hand side as you walk in! Avoid this place at all costs. They give you a 15 minute window of when your food will be ready and it turns into 45... minutes. The person who took the order does busy work so she can avoid making eye contact. The food finally becomes ready andyou?re given some drink to appease you. You go home because you?re assured that all you paid for is there and it is not!! Read more
Ordered the food ahead through the app and got everything as we requested. The place is very clean with very polite staff. My... favorite is the BBQ chicken which reminds me of my favorite chicken in the Philippines from ?Mang Inasal?. I would highlyrecommend this place. Read more
I?ve had lunch here twice and really like it! It?s your typical Hawaiian chicken place but it has a nicer atmosphere than the... one nearby. Nice decor and pleasant staff. The combo meals are shareable which makes the price decent for lunch (or dinner ).They carry Coke products which is a plus for me. I?ve had the BBQ chicken and Katsu I like the teriyaki better than the Katsusauce even for the Katsu. The area where the sauces, sodas, and condiments are is a little awkward. It?s L shaped. Both timesI?ve been there I?ve had to wait to get the teriyaki sauce while another customer is getting their drink (and not getting out ofthe way when done ). Please fill your cup and move out of the way to put on your lid. Thanks ???? The meal includes 2 scoops ofrice and Macaroni salad. You can get a green salad subbed for the Mac salad or the 2 scoops of rice for only .29 more. Thesalad is fresh and the dressing is good. A little more dressing would be nice. Had the island fire chicken and BBQ beef mini meals. The island fire chicken was really good, great flavor with just enough... heat. Macaroni salad was pretty good as well. BBQ beef was just ok, nothing special. I'd definitely come back for the islandfire chicken. Read more
Best place for good food. Each meal is easily enough for two people to share. The servers aren't the most welcoming people, but... they are efficient and professional, which I like. There are some tables with really uncomfortable chairs, but the booths arecomfy, and the place is kept clean. I wish they would turn didn the music - it makes it hard to talk. Read more
