Only 3 ?'s I was genuinely disappointed. My two tacos were only warm and missing the cheese. The Iced Tea was bad.
This is the second time that i have went here at 1 am and i was given a jumbo jack with cheese with no patty! Yes no patty was... on the bread just lettuce tomato and cheese. And i feel like it was purposely because how do you put the cheese but no pattywhen you melt the cheese on the patty first! They ran out of products that were combined in there meals , so we left , otherwise it's usually a Great Fast food fix
Got the new fries, I did not like them. Their regular fries are good on their own!
I do not know where to start with this review because so much is wrong at this location. I walked through the door and I was... immediately ready to order and I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes or more while the cook was playing with his phonewhile I was waiting, he finally finished with what he was doing on the phone so he had time to help me. He started taking myorder and immediately gave up and called the girl from the back and she to was on her phone. Both employees were going back andforth between their phones and handling food without washing hands. I ordered the country scrambler combo and asked for thepotatoes well done and what I got was chevy dry microwaved potatoes, I sent them back and I got potatoes that were even nastierif that is even possible. The inside of the dining are is simply filthy with trash everywhere. When I was done I was going touse the restroom and it was simply disgusting with urine on the walls and floor and no toilet paper. The toilet was even worseand there is a trashcan next to the toilet for all of the illegal aliens in the area who still have not learned to flush toiletpaper yet. Fast lines and food is (usually) consistant. I stopped getting the buttery jack when over half the time they'd forget the sauce... or only put a tiny bit in the center. It is quite upsetting because the burger can be really good. I get tacos now.... Read more
They are always out of everything and pretty slow Manager must be horrible here!
