They never pick up the phone.! System goes down and they don't inform us that their only taking cash until we arrive to the... register, which is ridiculous becasue we just waited in line for 10+mins. Customer service is horrible! Read more
This little Ceasars is nice if you like waiting a minimum of 20 minutes or more longer than the estimated ready time. Idk what... those employees do In the back but this place is unorganized as it gets. I place an order for 3 pepperoni pizza and they gave me 2. I told them I said 3 because I had kids at home.They said I have to... wait more than half an hour. Having to wait half an hour more for their mistake is ridiculous and just for ONE more box. I endedup waiting an HOUR just for THREE BOXES. They can never get an order right every time I go!!
