They never pick up the phone.! System goes down and they don't inform us that their only taking cash until we arrive to the... register, which is ridiculous becasue we just waited in line for 10+mins. Customer service is horrible! Read more
This little Ceasars is nice if you like waiting a minimum of 20 minutes or more longer than the estimated ready time. Idk what... those employees do In the back but this place is unorganized as it gets. Ten customers in the lobby waiting on their orders andthe answer from the register is just wait another 10 or 15 minutes. ???????????? Read more
I place an order for 3 pepperoni pizza and they gave me 2. I told them I said 3 because I had kids at home.They said I have to... wait more than half an hour. Having to wait half an hour more for their mistake is ridiculous and just for ONE more box. I endedup waiting an HOUR just for THREE BOXES. They can never get an order right every time I go!! This place needs management the guys were awesome working on orders but a group of girls laughing and looking at customers like... if they were talking about them. So point is my order took longer because the girls were to busy chatting catching up laughingwhile customers waited longer for the orders to come out. and the gentlemen were taking the heat for them which is not ok Read more
I came in here last night and was immediately greeted by Matthew. I have to say, I was very impressed by his level of customer... service. After asking about what?s available and taking my order, I could just tell that he is a hard worker. I didn?t tell himbut I asked for his name and thanked him for his outstanding customer service and wished him a great night. He?s a good kid andhis parents most definitely raised him right. Did a phone order and they told me 15 minutes and we got here at 20 minutes to give a little bit extra time. Walked in and was... going to pay and first the lady did not find my order and then she told me that it was not ready and I asked her how much longerand she told me she did not know. So I waited another 10 minutes and I still had to wait on the crazy bead. Then after I paidanother employee asked the lady at the register if she still needed my order. Read more
