sad to post this, i?ve lived in corona since 1977 & have always loved Miguels. The quality has deteriorated and the prices have... gone up. The last 3 times the burritos have been increasingly smaller and with a super small quantity of meat (I mean like 3small pieces for the entire thing!) & sloppy presentation. It?s like the burrito is a folder over tortilla rather than rolled, Isuspect to hide the lack of filling. We?ve voiced our complaints, they obviously don?t care, so we will never eat here again,and we?ll be sure to tell everyone we know to stop supporting them. i have had everything at this location and watched the staff change over the years. I have had so many burritos I know when they... are over toasting the tortilla on the burritos. Is always clean on the inside the food comes out fresh every time. If it doesn'tlet them know, they do a good job of handling any mistakes and that is all you can ask for such a busy location. This was my first time (and last) eating at Miguel's Jr. I honestly don't know how anyone eats here enough to have severl... locations. I ordered a carne asada taco. Paid without thinking. While waiting for my order, it dawned on me that I paid far toomuch. I ordered a single taco which is something like $4.20. I was charged more than double. I thought perhaps they thought Iwanted the combo plate what I was actually given was the Carne Asada burrito. I was tired and I have anxiety so I just decidedto deal with it. Never again. The burrito was 75% rice. 20% beans. 5% carne asada. What little meat that was there consisted ofnon-edible grizzle, had absolutely no seasoning, and tasted boiled. If fact there was zero seasoning at all in the burrito.There was no flavor at all, in fact the only taste it had was mush. I tried to eat what I could before throwing it away, and nowfeel sick to my stomach. There was no redeeming experience here, and I will never be coming back. Read more
This is the worst customer service restaurant ever! I have visited this establishment many times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they get... my order wrong! EVERY time! I always have the order repeated back to me and they do so, but then when handed the order, it?sALWAYS wrong! I have never received an appropriate apology or anything. Just a replacement order. 95% of the time the order is correct and the food is always Muy Bueno. Love, love, love Miguels, wish they would put one out... here in San Gabriel Valley!! Got spoiled eating there when I lived in Corona for 20 years. If we could have bought stock in it,we would have. Now it's a special treat when I get back to Corona. So glad there's one in Huntington Beach and in Ontario butcome on guys you got to come towards La for me...???? Read more
