I really love the atmosphere and the people who work here. Everyone is so kind, the service is fast, and the food is good. My... kids and I love coming here for a fun pizza night where everyone gets exactly what they want. Oh, and for all the complaintsabout the pizza- they (a) make it right in front of you so if something isn't right it's on you for not speaking up and (b) seepics for their in store guarantee, they will fix it. There was only 2 people working at 5pm. The line was to the door. By the time I was leaving with my pizza another 2 people... clocked back in. The line still going to the door. I got home within 10 minutes of receiving my pizza which is sloppy and messy.I?ve been to this location several times and my pizza has never been running off the edge. Wasn't great. Wasn't bad. Just average. We ordered 2 pizzas. One with artichoke and olive. The other with mushroon and... olive. One pizza had a good amount of toppings, while the other was really skimpy. I expect more consistency, especially whenthe pizzas were ordered together. So this is usually my favorite place to go for pizza. I must say, up until today I've always had a pleasant visit. First off,... we were greeted but told we had to wait as they were making on line orders. So they put online orders before their customerswho were there. To make it worse, I observed one of the workers making pizza without gloves on. The staff were not all thatfriendly or social. My wife wanted a mega mini but they refused to make one. When the pizza was being made we were beingrushed through the line. The restaurant was a mess. Food all over the floors, table was sticky, and there was something nastyon the door handle. It was apparent the restaurant had not been cleaned. The store was not busy as we were the only customersin the store at the time. There was a male gentleman there, don't know who he was but he was incredibly anti-social. Not surewhat was going on, but I sure hope they improve. Read more
