We ordered online and it was said the pizza was gonna be ready by 12:15 we did get there a little before but there was only 2... people behind the counter. They were have having a problem.with the dough but its 12:45 and still waitin . when we asked for afree drink for the wait the GIRL. Behind the counter gave attitude and said it wasnt their fault and that we were early. We comehere alot and order online now im going to question coming here. It?s always nice to see the underwear of the worker making your pizza. Specially when you have funny stuff to read while you... wait. This guys underwear read ?I FEEL YOU? with hundred bananas covered on them. Well IDK about others, but I came to seepizzas, not bananas. Good luck pieology!!! Shady business and does not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service and work... ethic I've seen in a long time. I ordered a couple pizzas and was waiting way to long because normally they come out quick. WhenI looked by the oven the pizzas were smoking and completely black. They completely burnt both of them because they were notpaying attention and seemed like they were all high. The supposed manager on duty was no help and had very horrible customerservice skills. And when they noticed that the pizzas were burnt, they all ran in the back and couldn't be found for a coupleminutes. Maybe because they were embarrassed or maybe they were so high they didn't know what to do. They came back eventuallyafter I was awkwardly waiting several minutes and remade the pizzas but one of them were also burnt. And they didn't care tohelp us or make another one for us or offer a refund. Jonathan Michael and Marcus where the ones in the store and they wereextremely unprofessional. Instead of helping or solving the issue, they continued to argue and say I'm wrong and that they can'tmake another one or offer a refund. I left the burnt inedible pizza on the counter and they threw it away. So I?m out of mymoney and a pizza. Even though I paid for it. Their receipt machine also didn't work so they didn't give me a receipt. They saidthey don?t have straws or lids for the cups. Kitchen area was filthy. Also it says cash only on the door but when I used my cardit worked perfectly fine. Just an overall shady and unprofessional experience.
