Ordered a bean, rice, and cheese burrito. Server billed out bean rice and cheese burrito. Received a chicken and rice burrito... w/o cheese. Disappointed. Paid 10.19 for half order of Carne asada fries...surprise No Carne asada! If you visit this drive thru please check your order... BEFORE you leave I didn't and got fries covered with some guacamole some sour cream and some cheese. Manager offered to put meon a list so I can come back and get a new order. Thanks but no thanks! I'm disappointed I order 8 rolled chicken tacos supreme with the guacamole & sour cream on the side and they forgot it. Plus,... the tacos were practically hollow with what looked like a 3 inch stick of mashed chicken in each one. Read more
10.23.2021 I absolutely dislike giving a 2 star review for a restaurant that fed me and probably supports the owners family. But... I committed to all the other customers to give a true, knowledgeable, fact base and fair review no matter what my own taste budsthink and my feelings feel. To the restaurant. Nice appearance, clean and and accordingly equipped and decorated. Staff wassuper friendly, helpful and with good spirits. The above reaso s is why I give the two stars. On we go with the food. We orderedalmost $90 worth of food. We wanted to give this Mexican restaurant a true and honest review and that's why we tried manyitems. 2 chicken tacos, 2 beef tacos, 2 fish tacos, ham breakfast burrito, menudo, Carneasada fries, 2 tamales and 3 largedrinks. I ordered all tacos with flower shell. They all came in crispy corn shells. We apologized for the misunderstanding andthey replaced them with flower shells. Unfortunately we did not get any beef tacos back so all we had was 4 chicken. And twofish tacos. Bummer... Chicken and fish tacos were on the level of taco bel and other food chains of that level. No good sauce,in my opinion no homemade tortilla, poor quality lettuce and so on. Ham breakfast burrito and fries were pretty good. Nothingtoo flavorful but we enjoyed the items. Tamales were also not bad at all. Fair amount of meat and flavors were decent. And nowto the worst item we ordered. Menudo...I ate menudo many times in my life. Tripe (cow, pig, sheep stomach liner), I ate tripesalads, tripe in Vietnamese Pho soups and so on but never ever I had such bad smelling tripe. Clearly their supplier or therestaurant themself does not a very good cleaning and prepping job. Tripe is a very delicate food and has to prepared properly.If not you get the smell of digested food. I HOPE EVERYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING GETTING FOOD FROM THESE CROOKS TO THINK TWICE. I ORDERED 50K WORTH OF FOOD FOR MY KIDS AND... WIFE. 1ST ODER WAS SHRIMP BURRITO AND IT CAME DRY WITH 3 SMALL SHRIMPS AND STALE FRENCH FRIES. 2ND ORDER WAS POLLO ASADABURRITO AND THE ADDED A FEW PIECES OF CHICKN WITH A TONS OF BEANS TO FATTEN UP THE ORDER.
