If its rush hour they will turn off their oven and say they cant turn it on right now, not only that they had a huge line and... they are taking their time and do things super slow when they should be trying to get their line short. Bad attitude and can't prepare the drinks correctly. Ordered a chestnut praline with extra whipped cream. made the mistake of... asking for my extra whipped cream, barista rolls her eyes then adds melting whipped cream and closes the lid with the drinkdripping on the sides.
