If its rush hour they will turn off their oven and say they cant turn it on right now, not only that they had a huge line and... they are taking their time and do things super slow when they should be trying to get their line short. Bad attitude and can't prepare the drinks correctly. Ordered a chestnut praline with extra whipped cream. made the mistake of... asking for my extra whipped cream, barista rolls her eyes then adds melting whipped cream and closes the lid with the drinkdripping on the sides. Last time I checked Starbucks is a custom coffee drink business, so why get mad when people ask for theextras. Read more

I have lived in the area for 8 years and the coffee quality as well as the food has ever been so poor. They say they?ll warm up... your croissant and they don?t, coffee beans taste burnt 90% of the time and this morning I over heard the baristas making fun ofpeoples order's while I was waiting to pay. Bring back the old baristas because the new ones are incredibly childish and do NOTknow how to make a decent cup of coffee. Read more
On my way back from Lake Tahoe, I stopped at the Starbucks in Adelanto, to re-fuel for the ride home. We ordered 2 Nitros one... with Sweet Creme and one without. Well they were both the same. Stopping in Corona for the last jolt home I spoke with Samiabout my last purchase and she said "no problem, they were probably just real busy and forgot" She replaced my Nitro with theproper order, with a smile. I stopped here yesterday with some friends and we all ordered ice teas in varying flavors. As the barista was putting them out... for us we asked which flavor each one was and her reply was "you can read it on the label". Yes, obviously we can do that buther attitude was very rude and disappointing. This Starbucks obviously needs some help in the associate training department. Read more
