The employees are rude, unfriendly, slow, have zero sense of customer service and the coffee drinks are by far the worst out of... any of the Starbucks in Corona... Help me understand why it takes 30 mins with two people working to get three people coffee.. Ionly go to this location out of desperation. I live around the corner from this one and opt to drive to almost any other onewhere the coffee is better, attitudes are better, experience is better. Read more

Friendly baristas and fast service on a cold day. The three stars was for my drink. I ordered an Iced americano with half and... half. The drink tasted watered down and a hint of stale or something. Cant say I've experienced this before so it's an off dayfor starbucks. I think the experienced saved the drink issue. I didn't go back because I was on the run and dealt with it. Read more
Denise was so helpful here in the drive thru! I ordered the passion tango tea lemonade and she offered the suggestion of adding... a few pumps of sweetener to it so it?s not as tangy, which was perfect for my daughter and not too sweet at all. Thank youDenise!! Read more
One cannot use star rewards for free drinks because it is Albertsons owned and operated. Ditto for the Starbucks inside Barnes... and Noble. But service and quality is great. ???? UPDATE MAY 31, 2018 They now accept rewards! Read more
Horrible customer service..I'm speaking for today's staff, the girl behind counter didn't acknowledge anyone for about 15min.... People were leaving out the line, no I'll be with you in a minute. Not the norm for Starbucks..corp needs to shop this location. Read more
I waited for a green tea lemonade for 30 minutes. The tan girl with short short hair was rude and I could hear her talk crap... about other coworkers and reasons why she wanted to quit to her coworker. The blonde guy with a mustache was good and workedfast to accommodate the 10+ people waiting . I'm very disappointed how long it took. Read more
