The staff is very nice, and the food is also really good. If you're really tired and need a quick, inexpensive dinner, this is... the place for you. Every trip to Waba is a great one! The service at this Waba is tip-top and the food is always ready hot! My receipt says Danae... helped me the 2 associates working were seamlessly taking orders & people were in and out np! Broccoli super green! Read more

Food was good but really dirty inside. Spilled drink on floor. Dirty tables etc. I realize covid can restrict the amount of... guests within the establishment but you could still arms least have the place appear cleaner for customers who are dining in Read more

I submitted an order online not knowing they would close within 1 minute. Ok, my fault. I go to the restaurant and there are... people still inside but the restaurant is closed. I tried to call to make sure I wouldn’t be charged but they didn’t pick uptheir phone. Ok, no prob. I called about 20 times next day (during the day) and they just pickup and Hangup. I had to call adiff store to get the corporate number. Never ordering from this location again. Read more

Ok so I’m not writing this review off of one experience I’ve had 3 bad visits to this place . First off the guy that works... there knows nothing about the mobile offers and will not try to even work with you , literally had to call his boss twice , 2different times . Today 7/31 4:30 I ordered thru the mobile app and went to pick it up . Two young lady’s in the front told methey were working on it . I said ok fine no problem . 2 customers come in and order there food there and some how they got therefood first . When I asked about my food the young lady had a nasty attitude and says she doesn’t control how the orders aregiven out . Then she tells the other young lady that I have an “attitude “ of course I do I order thru the app for a reasonand other people got there food first . The older lady making the plates was the only helpful one . Their employees need to getretrained cause they have no idea about customer service . Read more

The meal was not fresh for salmon. We have to throw it away. The chicken was dry. This is not like other Waba Grill we visited... at all. I called twice, first we misunderstood that we ordered salmon but got chicken. It was a piece of white meat which hasbad smelled. After sent the picture to one of the employee, and they clarified it was a salmon. She said we could get a refundfor that plate. It would be very inconvenient for us , since we are not from here to drive back and forth for this transaction. Read more
