Where too start... especially in the world where people have become very rude and inconsiderate of others . The young man... behind the counter tonight on 11/28/22 was very polite, respectful and made my experience here very joyful! I've been to alotofWaba Grills and this was the best restraunt customer service that I insured tonight. Great job young man you will go places ! Read more

I usually pick up at Waba restaurants at various addresses and my order is always the same chicken with vegetables and so far so... good I place my order through the app I use the benefits of the points which are good and fair but this store has made me alittle sad for the service ( it's not always but today was a day that I didn't feel comfortable getting my own food ) I wouldlike to be doing a better review because I like it a lot but that's not what made me rate this address in particular. I've been coming here multiple times a week for a couple years now, and I will say that the food is always very good. However... the last few months they have significantly reduced the amount of meat and rice in the bowls, which is really disappointing.They also got rid of the 2 combo bowls for $12 deal that they used to have. I'm now paying more for a lot less food. I'll bedriving further to a different location from now on. Read more

I do not like leaving bad reviews the vast majority of my (numerous) reviews are 5 stars. However, at this location I apparently... do not deserve to go sauce that other to go orders are entitled to. When I asked for to go sauce (pictured) for my to go order Iwas told to get my own sauce . Like it's not a big deal to me. It's just rude, I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. Waitingin line to get sauce I should have been handed was not appreciated. It leaves me with so many questions: namely, Was Idiscriminated against? Why is this sauce here if I can not have it? Is this for special customers? Am I not good enough for yourto go sauce for my to go order? Is this a simple training issue? Whatever it is, I really wish the service and the immediatesurroundings of this restaurant weren't so bad. Read more

I placed an order online on 3/9 at 12:50p for pick-up at 1:15p. Got to this location at 1:20p and they had not receive the order... and I never got an email. Fine, I?ll just order and pay for a new meal. Get home at 1:35p and begin to eat, scanning throughemails and I see the order went through at 1:30p. I call the location and speak with the assistant manager. He asked if I stillwanted the order? Um, no! So he states he would cancel and refund the original order., should take about 48hours. That neverhappened so I had to dispute with my bank. I gave them time to do the right thing, and instead, they prefer to rip me off. Stayaway! Shady business practices Read more

The service here has become terrible in the last 6 months. The woman that runs the register and answers the phone is totally... rude. The last 6 times we have had ordered online by phone and in person it has been the same. Plus our orders have been wrongall 6 times. We really enjoy this restaurant, it's one of the few places my family can agree on but I'm really over the rudebehavior. Read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered food the driver supposedly waited in his car for an hour never came to the door.... Then they try to make me pay for another meal because the driver "did his due diligence," the worst customer service ever! Ifthat's how the world actually worked nothing would get done... get educated! Read more

Let me start by saying " I love Waba" the staff can be a bit more friendly and smile more. I understand everyone is frustrated... and have alot going on but a smile goes a long way. I also got my order wrong and I just called to let them know, the assistantmanager right away assumed I wanted a full refund. I said " no I dont expect a full refund I just want you to train the new guya little bit better." The manager was supposed to contact me but never did. Read more
