Nice selection of food. Everyone was able to find something they liked. They had a band and they were good too.

3 stars is kind of an average. I would give the food a 5. Service and ambience not so much. We did not see the dining room with... the tablecloths shown in another review, nor were we shown other dining areas. The service was both good and lacking. We arrivedthere at 9pm having looked online for a restaurant open late and they were supposed to be open until 11. Their website did notmention the kitchen closes much earlier. So the waitress told us to order quickly as it was closing. Toward the end of the mealshe also wanted us to pay right away because she was leaving soon. REALLY hate getting the we're-closing-soon bum's rush.Otherwise the servers (we had more than one) were friendly and helpful. One guy (the manager?) was kind enough to turn the musicdown from the earsplitting level. Since we were the only people in the room that didn't disappoint anyone else. The worst restaurant ever ???????? My wife, me and our two kids went to have a dinner at this restaurant, that was our first... time there as we enjoy discovering new restaurants and if we like it as a family, we add it to our favorite ones The food wasnot tasty, you can say it’s not bad but also it’s not good That is not the reason why I rated it one star As the worst thingas customer that you will fine the restaurant owner or maybe he is only a manager running after you while you & your familyriding your car, it was a shock !! He said that I didn’t pay my check ???? I told him that I already paid with my phone hesaid that the coupon doesn’t cover the tax and he started to open my vehicle door and saying please come with me back to therestaurant ???????? I told him, okay let me teach you something as it seems that as restaurant has a system with an option topay with your mobile but you guys have no idea about that option then I showed him my mobile to let him see the my paymentreceipt that I received it through my email He saw it then said you should tell your waiter, I said ( I already told one if yourguys and showed him the receipt and asked him to inform my waiter that I already paid online Finally, the owner said thanks forthe tip & unfortunately he didn’t even try to say even one word (( sorry)) If you will read this review & I don’t care ifyou are the owner or the manager, you should to be shamed ???????? Came here on a Thursday night, not very busy of course. The food was good, just good Mediterranean food. The cocktails were ok,... maybe just the cdm special wasn't great. The music was the hit of the night. Moise was great. Loved his music. Will come backwhen he's playing again. Read more

Well, I want to let everyone know about our experience here, which happened about a month or so ago. My husband ordered the... lentil soup, took 1 bite and immediately called the waitress, Savannah over to tell her it was awful. Savannah was very nice,but said she couldn't exchange it for something else without her manager's approval. The manager came and insisted it wasn't hisproblem if we didn't like the lentil soup. After too much time going back and forth with my husband, the manager finally said hewould exchange the soup, but when our bill came we had been charged an automatic service fee of 20% on a two person bill. WHAT?The manager did the wrong thing here, but we just paid the bill and will NEVER go back there. I also want to say the music is soloud you must shout to have any conversation even with the person sitting right next to you. WATCH YOUR BILL!!!! Read more

I went on Mother's Day 2022, and in terms of positives, the food is very good! Port is a perfect restaurant for mobile orders or... eating at home. But everything was very expensive and the service was abismal. It felt like we had to fight for our waiter'sattention, despite the restaurant being only 1/4 occupied. I believe part of this is the fact that a 20% gratuity is built intothe bill, so the servers have little incentive to provide good service since their tip does not depend on it.
