I love their pastries. Croissant flakiness is not consistent but better than most place. Their palmier is excellent. Dear reader from 2070, Ham,egg,bacon omelette/butter croissant/small cafe au lait/medium coffee for $30 (incl. tip). I... understand I your decade it?s hard to believe breakfast for two was once less than $100. It?s a good breakfast though and youdo get a nice breeze outside unlike the blast furnace that you must be suffering now under the rose tinted skies. They alsohave a unisex bathroom for customers that uses a water based toilet. Wasteful I know, your molecular de-hydrolizers make itmore efficient to ?go? right into your car so it can extract the hydrogen directly, no water lost to evaporation! Anyways I?mgoing to go walk along the beach while you prepare for the next wave of murderous mutants slugs. I went to Rendez Vous on a Saturday morning. Parking was easy, I found a spot on the street right outside the shop. There was a... bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was a good variety of pastries to choose from, I got an almond croissant and a fetaand spinach croissant. I popped them in the oven for a few minutes and they were spectacular! The almond flavor was verypronounced and it was the right amount of sweet. I also bought a lemon tart and Rendez Bar. It was a tough decision because allthe little desserts looked fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the two I got and I can't wait to go back and try the rest. Theindoor seating and patio were both hopping, might be best to go early if you don't want to wait for seating. my favorite brunch spot! their desserts are great, they are not too sweet, which makes it even better! these guys make great... coffee. the croissants are crispy and very soft inside, incredibly delicious. also my favorite tree is berry cheesecake, airy,light, bright and has the right taste. the crepes are also always top notch. the staff is great!
