I think I've commented on this place before. It used to be IMO* The best running McDonald's. However, recently their services... have been poor. They are running out of food and drink items, getting orders wrong, and is taking about as long if not longerthan a typical fast food area. It's sad, because this location used to be great. Read more
This is by far the worst Mc Donald's that I have ever experienced. Recently I went thru the drive thru in the morning and... ended up waiting over 30 minutes in line to receive my food. I would have turned around but I was stuck in line by other carsalso waiting. I went there during the weekend and the same thing happened. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Iasked if I can have 10 ketchup packs since i love a lot of katchup on my fries and the guy tells me he can't give me 10 but hewill give me a hand full. He ended up giving me only 3 packs. Also my Big Mac had no sauce or lettuce on it and the fries werestone cold. I can probably bet that everyone on base and where I work will vouch that this restaurant has some seriousmanagement issues thats been going on for awhile. Would be better of thwy didnt focus customer's at the cashierless terminals, with no cashier at their registers. There are no... options to add specialty items or to even request water bottles as opposed to a soft drink on the cashierless terminals.Breakfast sandwiches were put together as of they were slapped together to rush an order. I literally never write reviews but this place is so horrendous I had to. By far the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. I went... several times to make sure it wasn?t just a one off experience but every time was just as bad as the last. To start they addsurcharges to certain items so you cant use your rewards or deals on the app, such as the large iced coffee. Slowest drive thruIve seen for any fast food place, terrible customer service, and the two sausage egg McMuffins I got were both burnt andpractically inedible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Read more
Customer service is terrible. Literally watch someone make there order in the drive through and they wait to take the next... person's order until the previous is served and leaving. Always a long wait here. Read more
So the 24 hour drive-thru sign is a lie and they switch to cash only for a few hours every night. Not sure if they realize that... they're on a military base or not. Hate to give a low rating because the day crew definitely cares, but the night crew needs tostep up their game. Edit: had to go inside because the curbside app didn't work... Wish I didn't. Food all over every table,trash cans were overflowing and lettuce everywhere. Read more
Tried to tell everyone who had already ordered that they were not going to make the food that they had already paid for. I... understand being busy but that was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This McDonald's should be ashamed of itself fortreating paying customers like this. Read more
