Was excited to try this place after reading the reviews, but was pretty underwhelmed. The main dishes (pork and beef bulgogi)... were good, could?ve used more sauce. The sides of macaroni salad, kimchi, and cabbage salad were ?meh? enough to just throw out.The macaroni salad was a cup of mayo with some noodles thrown in. Overall the food was very plain, alright but missingsomething. The parking lot smelled delicious, the actual restaurant smelled overwhelmingly like cat litter. Legitimately delicious food. Yes, the wait can be a bit long, but the taste is worth the wait. Staff was friendly, prices were... reasonable, and the space is clean. Very much enjoyed my spicy pork bulgogi. Highly recommend you eat here. Read more

So consistent every time we come to eat it is as wonderful as the first time. We drive from Rockport to Corpus just to eat here... because they are that good. The owner and staff are always so nice. It?s so good we order extra to take home?. Everything on themenu is amazing? definitely a must try if you have never been? and a repeat for those of you that know how good they are. Read more
This was recommended by one of my husband?s coworkers and we thought we?d try it out. It was delicious and did not... disappoint! The Bulgogi was perfectly marinated, although it was a little too sweet for my liking but it was still good. Forsides I chose the kimchi and the macaroni salad. Simple yet yummy side dishes. The kimchi hasn?t had time to ferment and getsour, still tastes fresh and crisp which I didn?t mind because it was still so good! The Mac salad I could probably eat all thetime, it wasn?t too crazy on seasonings. Literally just macaroni, Mayo, and pepper from what it tasted. My husband got thespicy pork Bulgogi and he sincerely enjoyed it! It was spicy enough for him to still enjoy because we?ve had experience where wewould get something spicy and it was to the point of not be able enjoyable. The dumpling were okay for what they were. Plenty of choices on the menu, tried four over different visits so far: Chicken Bulgogi, Pork Bulgogi (the super spicy one is... indeed that, and the moderately spicy one is perfect), and the Chicken Katsu. They currently have posted that they are short staffed, so approach this review with this in mind, please. The food was decent,... but I prefer the location in Kingsville when comparing the Spicy Chicken that I had here. From the time they took my order togetting my food I feel like the wait was very short, but it did take them a moment to actually take my order (likely due toshort staffing). What surprised me the most is that I was the last customer because they ran out of rice! They had to declinethree customers there around 6pm on a Saturday because of no rice. Read more
