It's OKAY!!! It was sort of B.B.Q, the Brisket was dry, I even asked for the fat end, the young lady called it " I forget right... now " They slice the sausage so thin & the sauce that is put on the bun was VERY light. I love Bill Millers - Family comfort food - but I am growing tired of my orders not being fulfilled correctly. This morning... missing 3 tacos and tortillas on the side. Where is the quality control / takes 30 seconds to look in the bag and count. It?sfrustrating to get back to your location and find you are shorted items. Good family food but very disappointed in thereservice. Happens too often at this location unfortunately. Please put some attention to what you are doing and make sure ordersare complete. Read more
So today I thought I'd spoil myself with some chopped BBQ sandwiches and was in for a little surprise. Two actually... Got my... order went home and as soon as I took a look at my chopped sandwiches I noticed their size was nowhere near what they normallywere. Opened them up and noticed their was almost no meat in them. Hence why they looked smaller than what they normally were. Icalled to see if they had changed their portion size and turns out according to the manager Kimberly that they were actually theright portion and they had been over serving I guess for the last 20 years since I've never seen a sandwich like that in allthis time I've been eating there. She also mentioned that they had been watching them and how they served it. Thankfully I'vegot pictures. After being very disappointed with what was said and told her I guess I had no choice but to accept it I realizedthey didn't even put my pickles and onions in the bag. So she's been watching them yet they still served me incorrectly? Howdoes this work? Anyway. You lost me as a loyal customer. If what Kimberly said is true. Got a salad with chicken delivered and it was awful. The bacon on the salad was spoiled and grey. So nasty I couldn't even eat... it. I tried to pick off all the bacon but the taste was still there. Read more
Went to get a potato and egg taco for breakfast. I absolutely love their hash-browns. They keep the egg separated from the... potatoes and their hot sauce is very flavorful! Drive thru service is great and fast. Read more

Pre-ordered Thanksgiving dishes, including a pecan and pumpkin pie among other things, a week in advance. When I got there they... told me "they were out of pumpkin" and offered a pecan instead. What is the purpose of pre-ordering AND pre-paying if they arwstill going to "run out" of your order. Very poor management. Never again Read more
