Horrible service. First time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and will be the last time at this location. My boyfriends food came out... 30 minutes before mine. His wings were cold by the time I received my food. To add to rhe wait, we never received silverware toactually eat! Waitress kept passing by table and never asked if we needed help or anything else. My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings Saturday night for dinner and was met with an awesome hostess. She sat us down and... the place was half empty. We waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on us for drinks. I asked two waiters for help and one saidit was not his area and the other never came back. Ten minutes later we left and will never be back. It is really sad thisplace used to be awesome and now it is being operated by very poor mangers which reflects on your Custer service. Read more
Took my wife to dinner tonight to Buffalo Wild Wings...she wanted to go and last time I was here it was great, so we went....BIG... Mistake!! Oh how the mighty have fallen!! First, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated...normally no big deal but look at thepic...place was DESERTED! Then, they got rid of the trivia game that you play on the screens. Kerri asked our server 3 times forlemon for lemon for her water and finally had to ask the hostess to get it. The food came out barely warm (had to wait an extra10 min for my brisket tacos...and they were still just warm). Kerri ordered her sandwich with no pickles or slaw (check out theother pic to see how THAT turned out!) and the fries had no flavor. Our server barely checked on us during the meal (not likethe place was busy) but might have something to do with "the kitchen falling apart" right after our food came out as weoverheard from staff. We WERE going to have dessert but decided to cut our losses and get out of there. Definitely NOT goingback! My friend and I went recently on a Thursday night. The food was good but the service was very bad. We waited a long time for... our food and then it was served to us without silverware. I ordered the Buffalo Tots so I needed a fork. I asked and was toldsure. 10 minutes later I had to ask someone else. My waitress never brought me any. Then they did not offer to refill ourdrinks. And they basically held us hostage waiting for the check. I think we will go somewhere else next time for dinner. Andfor 6 wings and fries.. no drink you are looking at close to $20. Read more
Depends...our waiter was awesome and helpful. The female waiter that delivered the food to our table tried to say that they were... out of ranch after bringing our food out. When our waiter returned, he said that they were out of the cups that held the ranchbut brought us some anyways. The female waiter continued to say that he should have let us know when we walked in that they wereout of ranch and thats what she had been telling all of her customers. Which is probably why she was helping our server insteadof having her own tables. IF WE EVER GO BACK, we know which servers to ask for and who to avoid. Read more
So i will say i read a review about stench and can agree there is a foul odor upon walking in. The place looked empty but the... service was hella slow . I literally thought about walking out and going somewhere else . I ordered the teriyaki wings and thetaste reminded me the smell of pinsol. The sampler is ok its like they just put the left over appetizers on the trey and couldsee gnats buzzing around the bar area definitely my last time thinking about this place. Where to begin? This location needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom. There was a weird smell inside the building. The floors... leading to the restrooms where slippery. The restroom doors are in desperately need of cleaning or re-painting. I should of notgotten food but we did. Totally unacceptable. Lemon pepper boneless wings where dry and overcooked to the point of non edible.The fry's we're not fresh , very poor job at quality control... The burger had to much grill salt. Not all was bad the BBQ wingswere decent. All the employees were super nice and the greeting sounded sincere. Not sure there is any point in posting a review ....reviews have been exceptionally negative for months, and I experienced all... the same issues ........no effort to improve ? Menu offerings don't match what's available. Tried to order three differentbeers off of the menu before just ordering a Coors light. A good server would have made recommendations like "I'm sorry we areout of that one but this one is similar". She only responded with, we don't have that one ....3 times. Have a paper menu ofwhat you do have if you can't keep your tap beers available and your servers can't recite them. Food was just ok as expected. Pretzels changes since my last visit. I don't like them. Came in to watch the games. Great sports viewingatmosphere. Lastly....clean your soda/beer drains. They smell awful. Based on professional experience, they are not beingflushed daily and are causing that foul sweet smell. Read more
