It's about as cliche as any BK I've visited in my lifetime. This spot is a little different. They never seem to listen to... details in the morning. I prefer Splenda in my coffee, and yet, they give me a sack with white sugar. The afternoon staff isok. The lady that runs the drive thru is really nice and professional. She's great. I stopped here tonight and waited at the order intercom for 30 minutes and never had my order taken along with several other... cars that allndrove off without food. I would give them 0 stars but I stopped 3 days ago and the staff were good and the foodwas decent. Tonight's staff needs to be fired. Zero customer service. I didn't get to order so I can't comment on the quality ofthe food tonight with this lazy staff. Read more
The girl in drive thru had a terrible attitude. Waited 20 minutes to order and once we did another 20 minutes to get our order... (which was incorrect) went inside to get my correct order and everyone had a terrible attitude especially the manager. They wereannoyed I asked for the correct burger I ordered and even more annoyed when I asked for my receipt (that they refused to giveme) bummer this was one of the better locations. Read more

I imagine the lady working there this morning didn't get anything for Valentine's Day which is today. I walked in & waited 5... minutes before I even seen anyone.. then I peeped around where the drive thru window was to see her on her phone. I got herattention to take my order & she had the worst attitude. I went there yesterday which was Sunday & the lobby was closed due toshort staff. I don't think I'll be going back.. management should get a better hold of this place.. at least my French toast wasfresh because the croissant sucked!! Read more
They were a bit confused by my order of a double quarter pounder without the bun but did get me order in. Was not too busy but... took a while for my food. Then only had 2 meat patties, had to go back to the serving line. They did put the other patty onquickly. They were not as big as the same meal I get from Whataburger. They also seem to not have knives available? Had touse the thin plastic fork to cut my burgers. The flame flavor they are known for was very good. I also like their bacon betterthan other burger places. I would probably return again. Read more
