We visited this reataurant for dine in around 4pm. It wasn't a busy time, but person working at front and kitchen were... confused and didn't quite understand the mobile order I had made. We got our order in more time than any other burger king we'vebeen to. Then the burgers were made wrong, with one French fry order missing. There was no ranch at the location or hot sauceor picante sauce. Half of the drinks were flat with just water coming out of the fountain drinks. We had the worst experienceever at this location. I went for coffee (not bad). It was early so it was empty...but still one of the nicer venues I've ever been to. The server was... very pleasant, although it was only coffee, and this may not be a complicated enough order to assess customer service. Mrs. Paulette has the warmest smile and fantastic energy. An energy that you feel as soon as you walk in. She keeps her team... positive and every guest that walks in is treated with respect and greeted like family. She is the very best example of whatoutstanding customer service is and what every fastfood restaurant should strive for. This lady makes this Burger King a placeyou want to go back to. Only 2 employees = bad service unclean environment. Walking in the front worker was arguing with girlfriend. Loby was full of... homeless people charging phones and using wifi very loud. Tables were all dirty trash all over. I asked the boy to wipe thetable he grabbed a towel from behind the trash can and made a more sticky mess. Drive thru fast and prompt. Friendly and up beat lady at drive thru window. Food was hot and good. The people here are always... so friendly drive past other Burger Kings to stop here. These employees deserve a raise. At this location 08/18 about 3 inafternoon. Keep up the great work. Read more
I had been going to this location every Thur because my son had an 1 1/2 hr class. A month ago when I went there were only 2... young men working, 1 cooking & the other doing everything else - despite that they hussled & my burger came out fast, hot &good. Only negative was it was really warm cuz a/c wasn't working properly. The next Thur when I got there it was a whole newcrew. At least 6 people, 3 seemed to be in a leadership position. They greeted me with accolades of how much better things willbe, ect. I mentioned poor wking a/c & was told on top of the list. My grandson & I sat down after ordering & waited & waited.After 20 min I look over & see a bag sitting on prep counter. So I wait another 5 min & then go up. Despite all those peoplerunning around no one comes to counter, eventually cook comes over & guess what - it was our order. Fries were cold, burger wascold so I politely asked for a redo. The cook was extremely kind & did it. Yesterday I thought I'll go give them another try. Myson & I went after his class. A/c still was not fixed, it was very warm in there (our outdoor temps heat index temp yesterdaywas 104°). Anyway, there were only 2 orders in front of us. No joke, 30 minutes. My burger looked like a pancake. The counterclerk made our fries large bcuz of the wait. I have always loved this location, some happy memories but unfortunately I won't begoing back. I was the ONLY one in line to order. I waited a few minutes to order. I got to the window and paid and was given my drink. 22... mins later I got my food. I ordered the #12, chicken fries and French fries with an extra chicken fries order. I have no ideawhat these people are doing in there, but they already took my money. I got the food and the fries were a good temp. The chickenfries were cold. I always thought that deep-frying these items only took like 2 - 3 minutes. Waiting 5 maybe even 10 minswouldn't be so bad. But 22 mins?! Thats horrible. Don't bother with this one. No condiments at all. Didn't even ask me justshut the window. The thing they did do right is they gave me 2 napkins. Read more
My daughter and I approached the drive thru & the window 12/8/22 @ 2 pm & got NO help WHATSOEVER. No one answered the drive thru... AT ALL, we sat there for at least 10 minutes. When we were at the window, 2 ladies were there and NEVER approached the window,really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN BUT IT MAKES YOU PICK AT LEAST ONE. Read more
