I never thought a Chick-fil-A could be so slow... It's obvious that this location is not training their staff properly (e.g.,... not telling customers which cars to follow). I was hoping to finally have good fast food service come to Flour Bluff but unlessthe training of these employees gets better, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. Read more

I understand this placed just opened and that training is probably still going on. But the amount of employees just standing... around not working is crazy. I went after the lunch time crowd was over, so it wasn't crazy busy at all. However, MOST of thetables were dirty from not being cleaned. Very disappointing, especially since there were PLENTY of employees around! Not sureif I'll be dining in again. Read more

It is a nice clean establishment and all employees wore uniforms and looked clean and crisp. The Host is very friendly and the... workers "want" to bring your meal and condiments to you. They literally want to "serve" their customers. Very pleasant visit Read more

Being a FB resident I was really rooting for this Chic-fil-A. But three strikes and your out. I will be going up the road to a... much better store ran by staff that?s trained well. I?ve tried drive-thru and was given my order whilst the three cars in frontof me still waited for their orders. This took insanely longer than any other store takes. I tried dining in, and was notgreeted by anyone upon entering or leaving the store. The young man ?managing? the store needs further training. I noticed he?sto preoccupied and not worried about any of the customers what so ever. All staff need to be retrained that way customers canget the real Chic-fil-A experience. Otherwise I recommend they just go to a real Chic-fil-A and skip this establishment andtheir poorly trained staff. Final strike today I placed a curbside order on the app. Pulled up to what I thought was a curbsidespot. Waited for my order only to find out that they have no curbside. You have to park, get out of your car, and go inside toget your curbside order. There are no signs to let anyone know this is the case. The staff will just place your order on a shelfand let it sit there and get cold. Plus when you do finally figure this out and go inside don?t expect to be greeted. The?manager? will be to busy to give a damn! So do yourself a favor and skip this one all together. Read more

Very slow service. Loudest people in the dining area were the employees. The tall, bigger manager was more entertained by... flirting with the young female employees than spending any time behind the counter. That same manager seemed to spend quite abit of time on his phone. If my daughters worked at this establishment I would not feel comfortable with him as a manager muchless an employee. I live 3 minutes from this location and will be driving to Airline for future business. Oh yeah the fries werecold as my heart. The girl working the dining room was sweet. Overall???. Terrible Read more

We live on the island and today was our first day visiting the FB Chick Fil A. The young man Alexander, who took my order, was... polite and friendly. However, the drive thru took longer than any Chick Fil A drive thru I've been in. We ordered at 4:42 PM, ona Tuesday. The staff at the window were inattentive and unhurried. They were visiting with one another and far from the window. My order was $30 and I noticed another drive thru customer in front who had to stop and run back to the window to correct herorder. Thankfully, I checked my bag and noticed that my son's 12 count entree was completely missing. So I too, parked and ranback to the window. The employee was not apologetic. Food was pretty standard, fries were soft. I'm pretty surprised given myexperience at other franchise locations. In the future, we will more likely than not skip this one. Read more
