Ordered curbside. Waited an hour and still food wasn?t ready. I understood they were busy but when I canceled my order and the... staff cheered that I canceled my order, I knew I had to talk with the manager. My girlfriend and I visited on 07/31/2020 to have the Lunch Break Special which is advertised 11AM-4PM, we sat at table 61 when... we were ready to take our order at 3:57PM the waitress told us we could not order it as it was too close to 4PM and that shewould get in trouble with her manager if she allowed us to order it. We decided to compromise and order the 3 for $10. Weordered our food and enjoyed ourselves. We had no issues until the end of our meal. We paid using the "Presto" tablet which hasa survey at the end. We started the survey and commented on how if there is an advertisement for 11AM-4PM it should be honored.While we were doing the survey the waitress came to us and started reading what we were typing. She told us not to give her apoor review because if she gets another poor review she will be fired due to her past performance. She stood there hovering overhis begging not to submit a review long enough for the survey to time out. After that we left and contacted corporate. Corporategot back with us and apologized for the situation. Sadly this waitress ruined it for us and we will not be returning to thislocation. Other than the waitress the store was clean and the food tasted good. I was dissatisfied for two reasons. First, itis unhelpful for a hired employee serving the Chili's to disparage business to a customer. Second, it was inappropriate forcensoring our survey. I do not want to release her name as the situation is being handled by corporate. If the waitress wasone of my employees, this type of interaction would merit a written warning. I do not presume to know the discipline andimprovement procedures for her company, but I would hope that her supervisor would be alerted to her behavior and he would begiven instruction on how to serve with decorum in the future. just lost me as a customer for life. Thank you for your pathetic service and refusal to put ice in a drink that 4 days ago came... with ice automatically. Your reason for not putting ice makes zero sense that the concern the ice would melt by the time Ipicked up order. Ruined my birthday dinner thank you from a customer who has gone there frequently over the past 9 months of mypregnancy and spent hundreds of dollars there in the past 2 years since I moved here. Remove my tip because you all don'tdeserve any extra money. Also to hear me say that all I wanted was ice and you dont even offer for me to come in and get ice andyou just stand your ground and defend the no ice recipe is frustrating and i am completely done with this joke of a restaurant. Great place to eat! Serve was great! Our server was on top of things. They have different kinds of meals. We had the 3 for 10... meal with margaritas. Oh my god! It's a big meal, it comes with two side orders. Come by and enjoy it! Read more

Took forever for anyone to seat us. Didn't even know who our waitress was, never brought my bread that comes with the pasta,... waited for someone to ask if we were ready for our check, no one to be found and finally found the hostess and asked to speak tothe manager. Ten minutes later the hostess asks if we still want to speak to the manager. We paid and were getting ready toleave when the manager showed up. He was the nicest part of the experience. We paid our bill in full and didn't ask for adiscount. The food was good. Not sure if we'll try it again. They could've been short staffed but anyway...1 out of 5 starsfor me today. Read more
What an awful experience. Since this place is one of the only restaurants in Calallen it is always busy during lunch and dinner... of course. And there is always a wait to be seated but we were totally ignored! We came in after lunch one day and the staffwere sitting around a table in some kind of meeting obviously. But not one person got up and greeted us or acknowledged ourexistence in any way. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting for anybody even from the bar or anywhere.
