Well I have to say it, "The Fat Kid in me was screaming for joy" after I bought a dozen donuts. The bear claw was light and very... delicious with the apple cinnamon filing. Made up for having no apple fritters. But the light plain cake donut was suprising. Noheavy oil taste to any of the 4 donuts I devoured yesterday. Just light fluffy goodness and the glaze was lightly coated aswell. All the more worth the $11 spent because I had the bear claw on the side with the dozen. IF I was blind folded, I wouldsay it was a KRISPY KREME donut and I used to have some from there a few years back when I lived in California. But these arelighter, not heavy at all and I like the lighter glaze coating on these donuts. Fat Kid was crying over the enjoyment of havingone yesterday since it had been at least 6 months in not having one. And I knew I had the best weapon if I was ever pulled overby CCPD. Hahaa!! But ut was well worth my purchase and first time buying from the donut Palace, time was around Noon. I wouldhave better luck, if I was there earlier in the morning, some donuts he had sold out of when I arrived. Delicious Goodness!!! Read more

About the nicest place to pick up donuts early early in the morning, oriental lady was patient, helpful and very courteous.
It?s a donut shop there?s nothing exciting about what they serve. The donuts are consistent. As are the sandwiches.... Unfortunately I can only give two stars because the horrible customer service that we frequently experience with thewife/co-owner. This morning she wouldn?t stop a FaceTime conversation she was having while I was trying to ask questions. Thehusband is completely opposite and a nice guy but the wife just lost my business. We stopped in on a whim for coffee and a couple donuts and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and very, very... tasty donuts. Staff is friendly. Would recommend for a quick bite or pick me up. ????????? Read more
