This place is alright. Overpriced food and the service is not great. Laura, who I?m assuming is the manager by the way she acts... was absolutely horrible. She was not helpful , rude , unprofessional, & you can just tell that she doesn?t treat her staff withthe respect they deserve. She definitely made me not want to come here ever again. The girl working the counter thought I said yes to her when she asked if I wanted chips and a drink and I said no thanks can I... have a water cup. She ended up charging me for chips anyways. I didn?t realize this until I got home. When I called to ask aboutit the girl got her manager. The manager was extremely rude. He stated he could not refund the card for the item I didn?treceive unless I drove all the way back there. Why would I waste more of my time driving back to a place when they could simplyrefund me. The lady working the counter also did not understand me when I asked for a cup or chicken and dumpling soup. Thechicken and dumpling soup was watered down. The turkey bacon ranch sandwich had very little flavor. It was mostly bread withoutmuch meat. Every table was dirty. I chose the table with least amount of crumbs, and was still uncomfortable. I only ever order through the app for pickup. My sandwich is always ready when I get there. Sometimes my order is wrong. I... request no bacon and no pickle, but sometimes they still include them. As far as sub places go this place is pretty good. Pros: Sub are much better than subway. They support local first... responders. By eating here you can thus also support local first responders. You can make a cherry lime-aid here. Service isgood here. Cons: They do cost more than subway but you get what you pay for. Also, they don't have ingredients laid out likea lot of other places so it's harder to customize your sub. Read more
