Had set up Google maps to take us elsewhere to dine then somehow ended up here instead. My daughter and I both got pizza. I got... the meat lovers and she got the kids pizza. They arrived quickly and were delicious! Hubby got spaghetti and meatballs. His tookliterally twice as long as ours to come out (ours was brought out and we were over half finished before his arrived) and wasnothing amazing. Ours was great though and would eat here again. I had the Philly sandwich w/mozzarella & added the green pepper. Yes, I literally saw just 1 pepper ???????! Too much of what... seemed like a sauce on the Philly cheese steak sandwich spilling out everywhere! Not enough meat on it! Every bite seemed likeall bread ????. Really didn't have a "taste". I ordered and paid for lasagna plate, only to be told they had no lasagna noodles(after paying). Hubby had the spaghetti instead. Not sure we'd go back just because of how skimpy the foods were. The food was some of the worst food I?ve ever had. Pizza is low quality, over cooked, lacks flavor. For a second I thought I was... eating the box. The wings? Don?t get me started over how they?re not properly seasoned but rather delivered in a bath of fatsauce. 0/10, little Cesar?s pizza taste better. I would not recommend you to waste your money on overpriced disgusting food. Read more
I have been to the other location off Staples before, but definitely prefer this one because of the homey vibe, and the... privacy. We hd the XL special with wings, and fried pickles as an appetizer. It was so good. We got full, fast. It was reallygood. Thanks, guy's! Read more
First Went to this place 8 years ago it was awesome. The cheese was melty, the fries we're plenty and the soda machine had that... hard throaty bubbling carbon. 9/2/20 . ordered the Philly cheesestake and it looked pathetic. Went to Googly?s on Staples in Corpus. Very nice new location with lots of parking and seating. I had the Chicken Fried Steak.... It came with buttered corn, a small loaf of tasty bread, mashed potatoes smothered in white gravy. The steak was lightly breadedand easy to cut with a table knife. Good food. My wife had a California Burger that included a slice of avocado. She enjoyedher thin cut onion rings and the small bowl of coleslaw she asked for instead of the French fries that usually comes with theburger. As a new location, the afternoon crowd was sparse. But with breakfast being served until 2:00, I would expect thecrowds to grow. Well worth a visit next time you are in the area. Read more
The staff was awesome, the food tasted amazing, the atmosphere was pleasant, but my Son and I got a stomach ache about 30... minutes after eating. My wife and daughter did not get a stomach ache though. I had a Stromboli and my Son a burger. Read more
