Staff is friendly.. Great service ... Staff needs to work on answering the phones though.. Ive tried calling my order in... numerous occasions and couldn't get no answer but when I get there to the business there's maybe 2 or 3 cars in parking lot. I ordered the turkey dinner and it was yummy. The broccoli could have been steamed longer and with some butter or something for... flavor. My wife ordered a California cloud sandwich which said fresh avocado and fresh cherry tomatoes. Well, let's just becivil n say she was very unpleased that not even her daughters liked. I responded to the text and called according to the curbside sign, the person who answered the phone stated I needed to come in... and get my order. I went in wondering why offer curbside as an option when ordering online. When I received my order in therestaurant, the waitress apologized for making me come in because she was new to her job and was unaware of the curbsideservice. The food was okay, the eggs were cooked as ordered, turkey bacon was as good as it can taste and the pancakes werekinda of mushy with the top wanting to separate from the rest of the pancake. However the food came in a stacked container andwith no utensils. The service falls back on whoever is training the workers properly. Read more
Poor customer service. Every time someone walked in the waitress would say loudly: omg more people coming in!!! But come to find... out she was the only waitress working on the floor. The manager was very rude look like he didn't want to be there. When wecomplained about water dripping from the ceiling he said everywhere we sat was going to be like that. My barries on top of myfrench toast were old and very smuchy. The butter knife was dirty as if it hadn't been washed. There was food stuck on thatknife ewwwww. This was the first time at this I-Hop. We were pretty excited to come in here until we got seated. Our first impression was the... entrance actual building, it looks new and in good condition, however, the entrance door was broken, in the sense that once youlet go of the door, it would shut down fast and very loud! We got seated almost immediately. We noticed the floors extremelydirty and some tables being balanced by extremely worn paper napkins. The booth that was given to us felt dirty. The back of thebooth had a tear. The paper wall next to the booth and the glass dividers were stained and dirty. We started looking around andnoticed the rest of the glass dividers in the same condition. Looked up in the ceiling and the panels had brown stains and justlooked old and dirty. There was also a wooden white frame on the ceiling that was broken. Went into the bathrooms to wash ourhands and there were not fully stocked and dirty. This was just our first impression of the place, we hadn't even ordered yet!As we were ready to order, the waitress had a friendly attitude but also looked stressed and busy. I asked about a cold coffeedrink and she told me they didn't have it available. Then, I inquired about the shakes and was told the machine wasn't workingunless I didn't mind having the ice cream shake too melted. I decided to get water and asked to have lemons with it. Since shealso made us aware that the soda machine wasn't working either. Something to do with proper carbonation. My husband asked forcoffee and his cup arrived dirty all over. She overheard my husband complaining to me and she made it right and brought him adifferent coffee in a completely clean cup. My water arrived without lemons. I was already bothered by the whole experience andlemons didn't matter anymore. The food was served correctly without any issues. Excellent service even the host keep making sure we had everything. Kimberly did and amazing job refiling our drinks and fast... service. Food was good as well. I recommend this location I have had some bad experience with the other location Read more
Breakfest was great lots of coffee and pancakes service was very good dining area was clean.
We were hoping IHOP would have had a Christmas menu like they did a couple years ago with a Grinch menu and Elf on the Shelf... menu but this was all they had. Read more
