I haven't been here in a while but dang the salad bar is so wonderfully fresh and delicious!
This place is DIRTY. Every table, booth, spoon, fork, knife, and plate. It was all DIRTY. We had the saddest experience at this... location. The persons setting up the utensils could visibly see that they were placing very dirty silverware on the trays beforesending them out. Read more
Never have i ever been so blatantly disregarded by a manager!! Claus is his name and he's a dirty bird, and the worst kind he... didn't care about anything. Took my wife's grilled Tuscany sandwich back to the front due to the severe lack of.it evenresembling the picture. Supposed to have 3 kinds of cheese and it had 2 very skimpy and not at all as advertised. Claus decidedhe was going to stare at me while.he wasn't remaking the sandwich as i had asked. 7 min and 10 sandwiches later still no Tuscanysandwich for my wife. Went to check on it and ran into another manager who didn't seem any way shape or form surprised i wasthere to complain about his fellow manager, he credited my debit card and as my wife and i were walking out. We love Jason?s Deli and usually have a great experience there, but we went on 10/15 on my way to work, we had about 45minutes... to get dinner. We placed our order and it took 30minutes for the order to come out and when it finally did, it was wrong. Wehad 10 minutes to eat in order to get to work on time, so my husband ate the beefeater that was brought instead of the Reubenthe great I ordered for him. There was not a lot of customers inside so I don?t understand why it took so long, but it was verydisappointing. Read more
Food was prepped & put together EXCELLENTLY! I am FULL & SATISFIED! I ordered the Manager's Special w/a bowl of cheddar broccoli... soup, a DP for the drink (which was a bit unflavorful), & a small strawberry parfait (for later). All in all I have nocomplaints. Read more
I love the salad bar there and staff is very friendly. The salad bar is clean and kept well stocked. For about $10, I filled a... take home box with a huge amount of salad. Enough for 2 days. They supply smaller containers for dressing or whatever you want.I love their humus so use one for that. Normally I like their beets but today they were tasteless. Odd. And the 3 Seedcrackers I have always enjoyed have definitely changed recipe. Wrap is same I think, but it's sweeter, softer with about 1/3 theseeds that were in them. Not nearly as healthy or tasty. I figured I?d give this place another shot because after walking in and seeing the menu it looks so promising. Now I remember... why I don?t eat here very often. Lack of consistency! The beef eater sandwich was great but the soups were horrible. I boughtthe lobster bisque or lobster chowder and the chicken pot pie. Both were pretty bad. My mom even agreed so I figured I?d try adifferent soup later that day for dinner just to be sure. I then ordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The tomato soupwas actually not bad but the grilled cheese was pretty pathetic. The cheese was almost nonexistent. I actually ended up cookingmy own grilled cheese to go with the soup once we got home. I think it?s just the inconsistency that gets me here at thisrestaurant along with the very mediocre food for the price. Which is quite unfortunate because the menu looks amazing.
