I'd like to consider myself a pretty passive person. That's pretty self centered to say, but really I truly try not to complain... about anything. I'll even eat a wrong order and just move on with life. But I was left waiting for quite a while just for 2 hotand ready pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks that I'd ordered through the app. When I was finally able to get the attention of anemployee to ask about them someone simply pulled them out from behind the counter. By the time I got home my pizza was cold andrubbery, the breadsticks were undercooked, and one pizza was more dough than pizza :( I also miss the old location. The parkinglot and drive through at this stand alone building is just ridiculous. Read more
This place hardly ever gives you what you pay for. I ordered Extra Most Bestest Pizza. More often than not, they just give you... whatever they have, which I guess is the Hot 'n' Ready and they can't even be bothered to cut it properly. I've received pizzasthat were way more crust than usual. Hardly any pepperoni. Terrible service. They take your order and don't know what you ordera few minutes later when you get to the window. Store Manager & Evening Manager need to re-evaluate their policies. I don't re call ANY fast food restaraunt allowing any... worker to have pants so low you can visibly see their undef garments. Very unprofessional. Not only was there 1 employee, but 2at least that you can see right up front as you enter this restaurant. Definitely my last visit here. Read more
07/13/2022-The workers were fooling around in the back I had ordered online and it literally took an hour to get the pizza.Oh... but when their friend came in they stole a pizza from a customer and gave it to their friend. They even gave their friend adiscount but us nothing.What about us the valued customer? Well they said we still had to wait.At least the pizza was delicious! Read more
Ordered four pizzas at 345pm. 2 basic pepperoni, 2 cheese. Show up at 455pm -over an hour later- and pizzas were not ready. They... didn't tell me that tho. They just let me sit in my car at the drive-thru window waiting. After 5mins I beep my horn. "We'rejust waiting on the cheese." Uh, what? Again, I ordered these an hour and 15 minutes earlier. Then they disappear again. 5more minutes and I beep my horn again. I get ignored. Then I start laying on the horn. Finally they come back to the window. Isuspect they thought I wasn't coming so "disappeared" one of the pizzas. I was late for work so had to take the 3 I could getand left without the fourth pizza. Read more
I made an order online at 4:03 pm and I arrived at the store at 5:10pm and my order still wasn't ready. I was informed after... asking the cashier about my order that my pizzas were just going into the oven. The manager told me that she doesn't know whatis going on because she just got here to work. I finally received my order at 5:22pm and the only reason for the second star isbecause the food was fresh and hot and right, otherwise it would be a one star for the poor speed. Unfortunately the 30 minutesor it's free doesn't exist anymore. I had to change my review rating to a one star, one because a zero star isn't possible andtwo because on a second trip it was the same thing but this time the pizza was cold and the toppings on one of the pizzas lookedas if they were sliding off. When I went to separate the slices they weren't cut right and the slices were so awkward that therewas a giant slice which means there was also a tiny slice. I ended up having to use my own pizza cutter to finish cutting thepizza. It took over an hour and they still didn't have it ready when I arrived. Clearly this will be my first and last time at this location! Ordered (on the app with CLEAR instructions) a pepperoni and... cheese stuffed crust with half ham and pineapple and the other half pepperoni and mushrooms! I can understand if I made thisorder over the phone but What in TF is this? It's like they just got a handful of toppings and threw it from the other side ofthe room! Management also proved to be no help when I called to resolve the problem! From what I was told the pizza that wasincorrect is to be returned before they can remake my order, understandable! But as it was after 4 and I'm located out down 624,it would take me 30 to 40 min to make it past the high school then have to wait for them to remake it then battle 5 o'clocktraffic for another 45 to 60 min drive back! This didn't seem fair for just a pizza so asked if I could just have it remadeanother day and was refused! Terrible customer service! Read more
Longest wait at a little cesars. I waited in drive-thru for over 30mins just for a hot-n-ready. The pizza I got wasn't even cut... properly and it barely had any sauce. At the window you can see in the back an office space and I saw 2 little kids there. WhichI don't think the workers are allowed to have their kids at work. Read more
